Fantastic video and I loved the music which suited it well as it was a montage of clips. I actually got much more ASMR buzzes from this than most other massage videos which are normally slow and boring and full of people whispering. The faster tempo and music really suited me. I wish there were more videos like this out there !

Almost two years ago I won a drawing for a weekly two hour four handed massage every week for 52 weeks. At the beginning my blood pressure was around 135/100. The day after my last of those 52 appointments my blood pressure was at 105/65. Today it is the same, 105/65. Of course I also added a lot of exercise and changed my diet so it wasn't all the massages that did that but the blood pressure was largely due to the massages. I can't afford that right now but one should attempt to get massaged as often as one's resources would permit. Recently I did find a massage school near me that will do a one hour student massage for $20. so I do that once a month. It is just barely within my budget. Students are not always as skilled as a professional and the also frequently consult with their instructors which can be distracting but for $25 it's not bad. One of my previous employers did monthly chair massages. He hired a team of massage therapists to come in and give everyone a 15 minute chair massage which I also strongly recommend. It may sound like a luxury that an employer should not waste their money on but the benefits outweigh the cost. It comes at a cost of less than 0.2% hourly down time but there is a net gain in higher per hour productivity since it invigorates the employees.
