Seems so organised and tidy now it's a documentary for us to watch in the correct order and it was just not like that at all the day was a huge panic for everyone who was just trying their best to do what they can for themselves and the people around them. They had no idea what was coming and I always hope that they didn't feel anything when the plane hit the building and it was quick for them. The pain receptors in the body didn't have time to register the signal in the brain and body and it wouldn't have hurt them I like to think. God bless each and every person in there that day.

This guy at 29:44 is lying when claiming to have seen "a big black shadow on the ground out of the corner of his eye", suggesting that's that of the plane flying by. Physically speaking, it was impossible for the shadow of plane to be projected onto that area, considering both the sun and airplane positions with respect to WTC at that time. You can actually see from other videos how the shadow of the plane doesn't even reach the ground around the WTC because of that.

The firefighters of New York are simply great heroes. This documentary deeply moved me, even after 23 years. Back then, we Germans had you in our thoughts and hearts. These horrific images still move me to this day. 😔
