Still look around and don’t settle for the first viewing , also consider of having the townhouse be inspected by professional Contractor for any hidden damages that sometimes realtor don’t disclose.., find out what is the history of the townhouse if there’s anything happened etc, the piping, electrical issues.. I used to live in a Townhouse myself and there’s so many things to consider..

I wonder about the history of that affordable old house. There's no catch? Think about all the people that has lived and died there. No faucet and light turning on by itself? No floorboards creaking as if something is walking around when there is no one to be seen? Nothing pulling and tugging at your sheets when you are about to fall asleep? No moaning old person or crying at the middle of the night? Kidding aside, mura sya. Sakto for a family.

Sobrang luma n ng bahay.. mura nga ung presyo ng bahay.. pero mdmi ng pwdeng masira jan.. bka may multo pa jan.. nakamura ka nga.. mpapamura ka din.. hahaha.. mas ok n ung medyo mahal.. d bulok.. d nmn sskit ulo mo..

In short it's an old place..any TH built in 1977 is old! Not worth the price and the monthly you're gonna pay for association fees..etc .

Hi po. Kakalipat lang namin dito sa Edmonton nung August from Ontario. And plano din namin kumuha ng townhouse soon, in God’s will.

Beautiful townhouse and very affordable. We wished we could move there . The snow is our enemy 😂
