If you're kicked by a horse like that, you don't just drop down. You drop down several meters away. The power in a horse kicking can crush the skull of a tiger. But I was waiting for a remake of the scene from "Police Academy" where Captain Harris has an unfortunate meeting with a horse.
If you were kick in the head hard enough to launch your entire body meters into the air, most likely your head would cave in or come off.
