I believe there are box coolers for the LT system. At 4:14 and 4:49 in the aft corners of the main engine room you can see the pipes for the box coolers. Closest the video goes to them.

Yes there is a boiler which is heated by the main engine cooling water.

No boiler. Ship uses MDO

Massive bulk Air compressors. Pressurize pods and discharge through pipes and eventually hoses that go up to the rig.
