i have a question like is there any big difference betweeen the teaching or the study stress when we comapre colleges like an average private b school like NIRMA UNIVERSITY and an IIM ? is life really tough after if we make into the colleges like new or baby iims?

mam exchange program have any advantage in final placement at IIM to get job? or it's just a foriegn exposure
In IIM Raipur foreign exchange happens after placement so it is for your foreign exposure and life experiences. However, in most IIMs it happens before the placement season starts so can be a great talking point during interviewa

Do the papers come from the syllabus itself? As in...are the questions asked restricted to come from the notes provided? Or students need to study reference books as well?
The papers will come from what's taught in class!! You will have to go through slides, notes as well as text books provided
