Looks good! I just made the cornflake wreaths, but used twizzlers pull n peels for the berries and a bow instead of those nasty ole red hots! My husband and I decorated some sugar cookies last night too!

For November/December, I think my highlight was finishing finals, so I am wrapping up the year with as little as possible 😅 But I'm hoping to get some good reading in, set some goals, and reset in a few ways before 2025! Excited to see your reading vlog in January and good luck with 800! 😊

I (like so many of us) enjoy reading seasonally. You mentioned you don’t always remember the books you mean to read. I’ve done two different things. One, I have a bookcase that looks different from the others and at the start of a new season I put the applicable books there. Two, using a whole bookcase I put each season on their own shelf but rotate the current season to the second to top shelf. And on the top shelf are books I’m wanting to get to that season but they aren’t necessarily that seasons vibes. Hopefully that made sense. And hopefully it works better for anyone who wants to try it. 😂 I’m a moment to moment mood reader and I cannot be stopped. 🙈

Januaries by Olivie Blake might be a fun read for you. It's a short story collection that is divided by season 🌸☀️🍂⛄️, so no way you'd forget your seasonal tbr 😂

I'm not season reader, but mood reader. My only "rule" is not read heavy fantasy in Summer, because heat makes me have a lot of headaches and I can't read something that complex in that time 🤣I think I monstly read mistery/thriller in summer. Winter is my favourite season, but I read of every genre. This read I read a lot of fantasy, middle grade, Sci-fi/dystopia. 5:57 I DNF that book. TJR isn't for me, I prefer her historical-famous books☺❤

I loved the monthly resets! Eff the haters. I had an INSANE October personally - a lot of travelling - so I totally agree! Hard to believe we are already halfway through November! I am travelling over Thanksgiving, so I am looking forward to that actually. I also have a December birthday, which typically gets lumped in with Christmas celebrations, so I made the decision to celebrate early with my close group of friends this year and am celebrating that this weekend!

ugh seeing subscriber count go down can be so frustrating and immediately leads to overthinking, I totally get that!! But also YT does filter/delete bot and spam channels out, so sometimes I just gotta tell myself they were duds and fake accounts anyway so I don't spend too much time wondering what 20+ people didn't like about me in a day when the number dips 😂

Y'know, I noticed that I've been more selective about giving out five stars the more I read, as well! My solution was to make an unofficial six star tier for those books that really stick with me. Right now, I've got four books in the five-star tier, and five books in the six-star tier. I track it all on a tier ranking chart I made on canva!
