I'm Canadian, never paid a dime in healthcare costs, no premiums, no copays, care is excellent. Like all systems it has its problems. One that we don't have is having to argue with an insurance company that we pay hundreds a month in premiums and get denied, and if we are approved we don't have to pay a deductable. that's called extra billing and its illegal in Canada. Create an affordable system made in the USA. make it happen. UHC...UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. FREE LUIGI.

Sorry Australia does have regional accents I grew up in north Queensland around Bowen and they speak a different dialect of English in far north Queensland with a different accent Now I live on the NSW northern table lands my mother's home district and they speak a different dialect with a different accent on the NSW northern table lands very different from the coastal regions of nsw or the Sydney region An people from Sydney and Melbourne dont even speak true Australian English anymore they speak immigrants English Born in wa grew up in far north Queensland lived in NSW an wa,nt,nsw,qld and there are regional variations of the Australian accent an dialects too
