I'm hoping to be back in Pattaya in July. I have had considerable health challenges the past year so most of my time has been spent in rehab. My right knee gave out due to construction work I was doing. It's caused me a lot of trouble even walking. All the best with your BTC holdings and getting you to retirement in Pattaya.

The volatility of Bitcoin is enormous yes. That volatility will reduce over time as the market cap increases. Houses yes are less volatile. I looked closely into the whole wealthiest people made their money from land and real estate. There is a lot of truth to it. Most of them however SOLD real estate to make that wealth. They were developers and business people. Bitcoin is indeed durable and limited. Rather than fail the tests for a currency however Bitcoin rates higher than fiat in terms of being fungible, portable, divisible, secure (cannot be counterfeited), traceable and being smart (programmable). It falls down on just 1 metric which is that it is non-sovereign (but that too is its great strength). Yes it is a wonderful idea. It will remain legal in all countries which are free countries particularly due to it's traceability with it's open and public blockchain. I would say that every person in the world has the same problem which is how to store value. A mix of investments I think is the key. Over time more and more people will come to understand that Bitcoin is the greatest store of value they can invest in. We're still so early with Bitcoin it's incredible

The Bitmain Antminer S19 Pro consumes about 3250W worth of power which is quite a lot of power. I wouldn't recommend this Ecoflow battery for bitcoin mining I don't see how it could be useful for this purpose. It certainly is good I have found though using the Ecoflow battery in addition to a UPS for my bitcoin nodes. My nodes run on a server and the server doesn't chew up anywhere near as much electricity as an Antminer does

You could do this easily but I don't recommend trying to avoid paying tax as the bitcoin blockchain is open and transparent and can be seen by authorities. The government uses chain analysis tools when they want to see what an individual has been doing on the blockchain. Bitcoin University has a course which discusses techniques you could use in order to achieve this if you wanted to. Thank you Dane for your kind words of support very much appreciated. I currently have 7 Pattaya sex workers set up with bitcoin wallets on my companies platform. I'm looking to expand that number this year to as many workers as possible within the Soi 6 environment working with bigger industry players within that environment. My most important goal is to get all the sex workers set up with both custodial (on my platform) and non custodial (on their phones) bitcoin wallets so their clients if they choose to can pay them using bitcoin which I can then convert to Thai baht for fast payment to the girls. It's taken all my technical, creative and leadership skills as 1 person to get things this far. I will expand and bring more people on board to work with me later this year. I have a few people that are contributing to the project at the moment from the side and watching how things go. It's been most important to me to get all my videos out there. This is my way of shining a light on the path so others can see it and follow in the future. Even if that means competition for me in the future that's OK. I'm highly driven to see Bitcoin succeed in this environment and to see the sex workers and the businesses that employ them benefit from it. My videos have already helped to multiply my one man efforts and discussions have been held with business people that I have met via my channel that are interested in helping me build the business. It's likely I will concentrate just on the sex industry at this stage.

I'm always on the lookout for good people and true believers in Bitcoin that can help me with my mission. It will be mid to later this year though before I can think about bringing others on board with me in a formal way as there is a lot of stuff I have to get done before I move on to that step. Very true! It's pleasing to see the improvements in the economy, the corruption levels coming down and us foreigners really do love to live in Thailand! You're spot on about the west as well. It's one of the reasons why I left to come live here in Thailand. What happened in Canada with the Canadian truckers really angered me. I covered a bit of this in my interview in another video with the lightning network node runner from Canada who I met in Soi 6 recently. I like your idea of setting up in Canada. I have been to Canada before back in 2006. I have friends there one of whom is very interested in politics and the situation that occurred with the truckers. It does not have anywhere near the degree of decentralization that Bitcoin (BTC) has nor does it have anywhere near the security that Bitcoin has achieved and it remains vulnerable to a 51% attack. The cost to mount a 51% attack on Bitcoin Cash is approx $3,388 per hour vs $654,726 per hour to attack Bitcoin. PayPal has become increasingly difficult to deal with. Who knows which way they will go but I suspect it will be increasingly draconian. The solutions are being built right now. Jack Mallers over at Strike for example is doing leading edge work on the lightning network. Lightning will blow PayPal away in time as services are built on top of it. It sucks big time that third party payment providers currently have this kind of power to destroy businesses. Bitcoin and lightning are the solutions but it's just very early days at the moment for these technologies.

@@ninjalightning2631 If I was a merchant and reliant upon people paying me in fiat currency using their credit or debit cards what I would do is I would cut PayPal out completely. I would go direct to a bank, open a business bank account and then I would get a merchant payment solution from that bank. Most big banks offer eCommerce merchant payment solutions for people who are selling goods and services online. Doing this however is more involved and more expensive than using PayPal. I wouldn't recommend you try using a VPN and signing up to PayPal that makes it looks like you're from another country. Even if you manage to get the account it wouldn't be long before they froze the account. I have seen that happen to people before.

I spent the past 5 years buying all the BTC I could get my hands on. I'm just adjusting to living over here in Thailand at the moment. If I was still working in Australia I would be buying a lot more BTC at these prices.

It will be higher than the standard market ST price to take into account that my associates and I would be bringing innovation and improvements to the business including improved standards, behaviours and attitudes of the ladyboy staff to ensure all their interactions with our valued customers met and exceeded their expectations. I might create an electronic sign and place it in a prominent location in the bar that displays the ST price in BTC in real time and then have graphs that show how over time the ST price has gone down dramatically when priced in Bitcoin. That's the goal! You're right about Western Union. There are of course other methods which I can use including direct payment to the girls in cash from my office or direct payment to their bank accounts. Doesn't phase me. I just want to make it as simple and easy as possible for the girls and not make them have to think too much.

Hi Ivan and thanks for your comment. This service is for men in the western world that have existing connections/relationships/friendships etc with sex workers here in Thailand. Some of these men are sending bar girls support payments/money via western union, transfer wise, etc. Tourists who have come to Thailand, met a bar girl, established a connection with her etc will go back to their home country and be dreaming of their time in Thailand. The bar girl will often be sending the tourist messages/requests for money. I want the bar girl to be able to accept bitcoin to their hot wallets on INTJ Billings infrastructure which I will then convert to Thai baht for them. Tourists wont be paying via this service whilst in Thailand. The two week millionaires I don't see using the service until they go back home to their home country and only a fraction of them of course will own bitcoin and want to use it for payments as it's very early at this point in time to do that. The younger generations I think will be the first to start using this service not the existing punters. I can't entice tourists to sign up and request the service unless I have bitcoin hot wallets set up for all the sex workers first. That's the most important part to start with the hot wallet creation process for the bar girls. If I can get all the bar girls set up with bitcoin hot wallets first then the bar girls can simply send 1 link to their western sponsor(s) for payment. I think paying the bar bosses up front and a % of each transaction could be a way to motivate them to work with me on this as it's a brand new revenue stream for the bars. You're spot on that the bar industry will adapt to the customers demands. Up to this point in time my understanding after talking directly with some bar bosses is there is very little demand for bitcoin payments. That's OK. If I can get the bar girls set up with bitcoin hot wallets now then over time as the lightning network expands and bitcoin payments become more common then the punters have that option for support payments to the girls. I'm out here between 5-8 years too early in terms of bitcoins trajectory as a payment system and that too is OK. I have time. Hi Rob. Sorry for the late reply i missed seeing your comment here. I do not recommend staking bitcoin and I do not recommend storing your bitcoin on Coinspot. We have seen too many examples of problems with staking and with exchanges going bust. I recommend you avoid staking your bitcoin and I recommend you store your bitcoin 100% under your ownership and control.
