I ordered one. are they good?

This video needs a major overhaul. Between this and the terrible instructions that come with the bike, it was a pain to put together.

I don't comment on a lot of videos. This video instruction sucks! As do the printed instructions (which are just screenshots of the video). Critical steps are obscured by text on the video. And the video does not adequately illustrate how to accomplish each step. Try better viribus.

@viribusworkshop, please come and anwer your customers questions. There's an important step that most people are struggling with, please create clear instructional videos to address it. Ignoring this issue for almost a year (based on the comments) speaks to terrible customer service culture.

How long does it take to charge the battery

Now that we are senior citizens, my wife bought a white one for herself last June of 24. Assembly was very easy even for a one legged handicapped guy like me. I realized after I put it together how safe it was and easy to ride. Of course I had to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was working correctly. I've put around 500 miles on it since. The basket is really nice but, I cannot fit my crutches in it. Haven't figured out a way to do that yet. I lost my leg over 7yrs ago and have not had the freedom without some type of assistance since. I do get a few funny looks but it's ok. This trike brought me out of a depression and I looked forward to going on a ride just about every night. It's very comfortable although I am going to switch out the seat for a delux one. I'm looking into get a pull trailer for my little girl. (Pitbull) This was one of the best investments for my soul. Now, my wife wants one...

Video makes it seem so easy but skips over so many crucial steps 🙃 also slow this mf video down!! Why is it so fast? You couldn’t make a step by step walkthrough with somebody experienced in building your tricycles instead of this fast paced, short attention span BS?? Yall make us pay all this money for the tricycle, then make us assemble it like we’re damn expert bike builders, and then give the worst instruction manual I’ve ever seen, putting damn IKEA to shame. Y’all should send a tech in the box too to build this mf geez.

Just received my Trigo plus, and there is an issue with the chain The chain is wrapped around the frame in a way that is unable to go over both sprockets as it needs to. If there is a master link, we could straighten it out, but there doesn't appear to be. Please advise how to proceed.
