Just letting you know, apply the serums to your hands first instead of directly to your face. Applying directly can spread bacteria, while you can wash your hands. Sugar scrubs aren’t also the best thing as they could be pretty harsh, for exfoliation I reccomend chemical exfoliation. Try out the cerave Salacylic acid cleanser. For more skin care tips check out hyram on TH-cam. He helped me navigate the skincare world

In 1978 while at Fort Hood I was unexpectedly called by (then) MILPERCEN. I was given the choice of an infantry brigade in Northern Alaska or Germany. Although I was always interested in going to Alaska, I chose Germany because as a single Officer I thought Germany offered more alternatives. There was good and bad in Germany (personally and professionally). I always wondered what life would have been like at Fort Wainwright.

It really put psychological problems into perspective. When are forced to be inside the house especially with the government. SLEEP & REST IS A SUPER POWER .....you really get to see the psychological problems because you can run away from them !!!

I was stationed here from 2009-2011. I miss it a lot sometimes. I was so ready to get out and go back home to KC. I took the unique opportunity for granted wish I did more while I was there. Thank you for the video. Made me reminisce souch
