Can You Lose Your Salvation?
มุมมอง 7821 วันที่ผ่านมา
It is essential for us to know whether or not it is possible for a Christian to lose salvation. Among Christians, there are two different opinions. Some teach that you can “fall away” far enough that you can lose it and never get it back. While others teach that there is nothing we could ever do to lose the gift of holy spirit and eternal life. In this video, we see what the Scriptures clearly ...

Is it possible to get a printed copy of the material/books needed. Thank you. Also, what book did you write? Thanks.
I believe that all of the books I covered are available for purchase on Amazon. That includes my book: The Bible Through the Ages, From the Original Languages to the Present Day -- a.co/d/6yMHcUY
Just take notes and copy those verses. You can make an outline. You can also click on the caption button to read what they are teaching.
Thank you for this wonderful reminder on how to live life well ❤
Good morning Pat. After having just sent the link to your youtube channel to my friend Mike, and encouraging him to listen to you teach the word instead of listening to other preachers that he's been finding online, that preach the typical religious crap, I listened to this teaching (I know, that was a long sentence, lol). It almost brought tears to my eyes to hear you teach. The lack of a proud look, or use of psychology, or mans/world wisdom, but instead, a confident loving look of knowing that you know that you know, that you are serving the true Word of God, the word of life, is a beautiful thing. I can't express what I see to be the value of your life and ministry, especially in contrast to so much of what I see in this day and time. I sure love you, and am thankful to God for you.
Thank you Billy! I am so thankful to God that I can "know that I know." The phrase itself is an example of how well we were taught by Doctor Wierwille. He taught us to work the Word and to make it our own so that our conviction and commitment was built on that bedrock of truth, not emotional appeals or the consensus of the religious intelligentsia. It held me in good stead over the years when so many of my Corps brothers so easily swerved from the truth. And I am so thankful to God for your life, as well. For any believer anywhere to stand as long and as strong as you have is highly commendable. But frankly, to do so without the spiritual support system of a large, strong community of faithful believers is a much greater challenge and deserving of the highest praise. The heart of service, totally motivated by love, that you and Jennifer have demonstrated over the years is truly awesome. I am proud to be your brother and fellow laborer! I love you greatly!
Gods rest is the best...!

Holy smokes Pat, another great teaching! Thank you!
Thank you, Billy!
Are you a part of the way international ? Since you recommended a book by Victor Paul Weirwille.
No.
@@TheChurchInTheHome what is your name sir ? It’s not posted any where.
@@richardmaldonado574My name is Pat Malone. Recently, I have been including the name of the teacher along with the title of the teaching right on the video itself when I post them on the channel.
Another wonderful teach Pat. : ) I am soooo thankful for you. You teach God's Word with such a balance of heart, skill, humility, and honesty, that it is a huge blessing to anyone that is seeking, or knocking, or asking.
Thanks for such encouraging words, Billy! I sure love you!
You should see Rocco Errico's videos on Aramaic scripture as well.
You could convince anyone of God's love!.that's not a compliment! It's an observation.
I think this man's name is Mike, although I could be wrong. I love how bold Mike can be within his teaching. He just doesn't cut or soften the Word. Mike just says it as it is. This was a tremendous review regarding those timeless keys. I just don't think we ever master them. We keep getting better and better and better at utilising them. Whether you've been practicing them for 100 years or 1 minute. Because they are just that comprehensive. I've noticed that if I ever get myself turned around, I need to go back to the basics. The basic keys. I noticed that sometimes my people get themselves turned around because they don't go back to the basics. Thank you for this teaching.
Yes, that's Mike McNabb. He is married to my daughter, Grace, who did the teaching on Eastern Customs and Idioms -- just letting you know to sort of introduce you to the folks. Of course, you know Dylan and Nick already. the other teacher that day was Phil Diaspara. The Diasparas moved up here from lower New York (bet you would have never guessed that) a few years ago now. We go way back with them to the time we spent with the Family Corps.
@@TheChurchInTheHome Man that's beautiful. That's just terrific. I had no idea Grace was your daughter. I'd also always wondered about the other gentlemen teaching as well. Thank you for an introduction of sorts. I often tell my Twig that they need to watch some of your fellowship videos. So, I am extremely grateful for not only the way you've blessed me, but the way you've blessed my people here in Denver, Colorado.
Your mom sounds like a wise women if she understands that basic concept regarding the collaterals. Man you just need to master so much of the material in that stuff. Thanks for this teaching Dylan. It was tremendous.
I love that you pointed out that you can do most research on Blue Letter Bible! I too have felt like Accordance has been overblown. I actually use Accordance, one of their basic packages Hebrew and Greek packages that was still like 400 DOLLARS! It's crazy. And I bought that while it was on sale from $800 The only thing that I've found that Accordance can do that most other programs can't do is part of speech and morpheme studies. For example, when I was in the SOWERS program, I spent some time studying the Hebrew idiom of permission. What i began to notice is that often (although not always) wherever the Hebrew idiom of permission appeared, then the verbs in the idiom usually appeared in the Hiphil or Hophal stem. So I did a study on the Hiphil stem tracking almost every place where the Hiphil stem appeared. Accordance also allows for multiple word studies and phrase studies at once. This is helpful when trying to derive the concrete concepts of Hebrew words as when studying these concrete concepts, the entire word family must be considered. So first, I study the individual words, then i study the entire word family at once. It's quite fun too because you get to see some of the Hebrew figures of speech, sometimes called Poetry. For example, sometimes Hebrews will use the noun and verb form of a word in a single passage, but the AKJV or NASB1995, those are the two Bibles that I use for study, will translate the words differently. Its like if the text said, "Chris the runner ran the running" but the translated read "Chris, the sprinter, ran the race." The translation is better for the sense of the passage, but you loose out on those figures and so-called poetry. Regardless, Accordance packages are soooooooooooooooooo not worth it. Escpecially They're big English package which is mostly useless commentaries. I like their language tools like their Greek and Hebrew manuscripts and textual critisiscm tools. So, I appreciate you covering this because I too have met people impressed by the heavy price. Also, amazing explanation on how to use those concordances. I've always wanted to do something like that, but I wasn't sure how someone could do so without having the whole class peer over your shoulder watching you do it and doing it with you. It just seemed tough. So, I'm so glad that you explained it. It was a wonderful job. Thank you for this teaching. I can't wait to look at what the rest of your people have put together in the other videos.
What a cool concept. I've never seen anyone do a teaching like this in a typical twig setting. Thanks Reverend Malone.
Great teaching Dylan. I do like how you brought up the great value to listening to the accuracy of the Word in teachings. I speak now from experience, and not everything that CD Glass says is God-inspired, but whenever I've been feeling a little bit down and out even while I'm reading and studying the Word daily because for some reason the words on the page just aren't connecting in my brain, then I listen to a teaching by Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille. Almost any teaching that he does just builds me up in some way and reminds me of my identification with Christ. Thanks Dylan. I'll try to get out there soon.
Thank you Pat, that was fantastic! This is probably my favorite mind-blowing subject in God's word. The detail of it, and the way the truth of the recorded prophecy of the coming one was built into the design of the creation is so amazing. It's thrilling to hear it taught!
Thanks for taking the time to share that with me, Bill! Sure love you, brother!
I consistently read that it couldn't be December because shepards aren't out in fields in December because it's too cold for lambing. It's December 12 today. In Jerusalem, for the next ten days their weather: 68 H / 46 overnight Lows Awassi (aka fat tailed )sheep naturally breed for the return of the rainy season in Israel. Rains take the grass out of drought dormancy and the green grass is beneficial for milk production. "The rainy season extends from October to early May, and rainfall peaks in December through February." Irregardless, the duty of shepard, is always to be watchful of their flock, for predators that attack day or night. I haven't done a study of sheep predation in Second Temple Israel, but they today do have coyotes and few wolves (predominantly night stockers) .
"Purim is celebrated on the 14th of the Jewish month of Adar, which falls sometime between February and March. It occurs approximately one month before Passover. When there is a leap year in the Jewish calendar and there are two months of Adar (Adar I and Adar II), Purim is celebrated on the 14th of Adar II."
The sixth month, in Judaism on the lunar calendar, is the month of Adar and it coincides with the solar month of March. To adjust for leap year, they add the month of Adar 2 in April (as occured in 2022). Mid March + 40 week pregnancy = ? "In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin pledged in marriage to a man named Joseph, who was of the house of David." (Luke 26)
Did someone just say "you go girl" at 2:14 !?!? That one had me rolling on the floor dying. 🤣 Humour aside, that was a tremendous teaching. The importance of knowing and understanding the power that lies in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ cannot be overstated. Thank you so much Pat!
Hey brother I remember a lot of these stories and I know we weren't always in a good place and we stirred up some trouble back in the day but I'm so glad we both found Jesus, and that He is the friend that never leaves or forsakes us. I'm proud of the man of God you have become.
Another great on Pat! Thank you!
Man, the intro of that teaching. "" That one there was a violation mate. Straight icey! I loved it! Also, "interdependent upon each other" was a cool line. Cause it's like. I don't know him. But man, if he hurts, then I in Denver hurt, and when I in Denver hurt, he hurts. And I need him to function to his greatest. And I need to be functioning to my greatest capacity! Also, for a long time, I knew that the Romans 13 "higher powers" referred to those in the body, and that people got that wrong. However, it was enlightening at the end because I never considered what do those who wrongly divide the Word makeup of the context. "Like the sword in vain" or "minister of God". Man, I just never thought of that. Guns, planes, and all that. It's like Hiter??? He's one of these guys. Stalin maybe? The two million Russians that he sent to die in the cold as an appetizer to his tyranny. How about Mao? With all due respect. F*** that! (And there were people who did promote this "higher" = government teaching in those times.) We would like this verse to read that way as long we get to read OUR government in there. When its president so and so.... great! But, when its someone else....... (Anyways no need to get mad Chris. Renew your mind.) Plus, that is not a logical conclusion cause the Word has to work everywhere at every time! But I'll tell you how much this teaching blessed me, because I think that it helps put together, even from just basic logic, of who these higher powers are. it's
Some things are worth getting mad about, Chris. We know that Jesus Christ thought so. (Mark 3:5) Check out SNT-801, The Way of Life or Death, Dr. VP Wierwille, especially around the one hour mark if you want to hear someone else who was spiritually angry about the misuse and abuse of Romans 13. The entire teaching is tremendous and is the original source material for the chapter of the same name in the book Order My Steps in Thy Word, in abbreviated form. BTW, the chapter, "The Higher Powers" was Mike's source for this teaching.
@@TheChurchInTheHome I'll check out that SNT! And since this came up, a reread sure could be done with in Vol. V of Studies in Abundant Living. Thanks for the recomendation. Regarding getting mad. I sure do understand that sir. I mean this is one that has especially been one of them. Because anytime someone teaches something from the Word that is OFF, and then people make a practice of it. (Man, when it comes to this subject escpecially.) I start fuming man. I just try not to let the sun go down upon my wrath, you know? I just try to correct the wrong teaching with right teaching. I think too that its church leaders and so called "pastors" that really get me fired up like a bloody firecracker. Because, sure every person has their own responsibility, but on the other hand, a person can't go farther than what their taught. And these guys are just leading people astray on this subject. Just pure idiocy man! I mean you really would have to be STUPIDER THAN STUPID to teach that crap man. And the assembly just listens. It's sad to me man. Look, I mean the believers have a responsibility to hold fast to that which is good. We're supposed to check the Scriptures to see "whether those things were so". But man, it's those leaders in the body that have a responsibility to rightly divide the Word of truth. And man, there's just no rewards for false teachings. Anyways, that I think what is so great about this research, teaching, and fellowship service that we can offer. We can offer the rightly divided Word which will correct the wrong doctrine so then at least people can start making a right practice of it. You know, we don't have to argue with people on things. Cause there's no sense in arguing with people. We just hold fast the Word. We just read it, give the sense, cause them to understand, and then, hopefully, the listeners will search the Scriptures to see whether those things are so, and when they do, hopefully, they will have the meekness to believe what is written.
What a wonderful teaching! The topic of God's foreknowledge, and our predestination is one of those that had a huge impact on me when I first learn God's word rightly divided on it.
Thanks, Billy!
That whole thing about the origin of the term "rapture" really stood out to me. I listened to this teaching and then went and studied that and man is that wild. I mean, in my eyes at least, how disgraceful it is to compare the gathering together to "rape". To use the same word for the Believer's Hope that is used of subjugating woman to rape. Just to me, that is tragic. I saw other ways that word has been translated as being "abduct", "snatch", or "grab". Was really thankful for that, because I was one of the people that used to teach that the term "rapture" comes from the Latin Vulgate. The other thing that I loved about this teaching was how you managed to handle many of the matters which certain individuals in Christianity are propounding. People who say that we live in "The Day of the Lord" and other ones. Great teaching!
