Solid review , lovely watch and definitely priced well in my humble opinion as it’s a very delicate process not to overprice, but certainly not to underprice it either … time will tell indeed. Here in Cape Town we don’t get a such a choice of Gerald Genta’s integrated bracelet watches and I find this version rather attractive despite of the lack of sharp edges on its case ,which I normally like on integrated watches . You’ve mentioned that you’ve had an Oysterquartz before and I wonder why didn’t you keep it as I find them extremely beautiful (in that restrained Rolex way) and becoming extremely rare in a good unpolished sharp condition. I have one and I must say it gets rather disproportionate amount of wrist time considering. I hope your channel grows exponentially as your content is sound . Mazal tov

I have this watch, and it's perfect on my 7.5" (19cm) wrist. I can see where someone with a 17cm wrist would prefer a 39mm. I personally don't want anything smaller than 40mm.

I live in Aus. I have a mate that is a proper brand snob and thinks Omega is the best thing ever and Tag Heuer is crap. Well, since I got into watches, I’ve met so many people through work and just socially who have ignored Tags due to the usual nonsensical snobbery and almost all of them have eventually matured and bought a Tag when they get over the silliness. Buy whatever makes you happy, there’s not much more to it. As for me, I absolutely love me Tags and wear them proudly. They make me feel good.

Great video. I bought the Tank Must Large about 2 months ago, and I love it. But I do agree with you, the strap it comes with is terrible. Its stiff, and poor quality. I bought a couple of lizard and croc straps for it and now it looks amazing.

loved having the tank! recently traded it in along with my black bay pro to fund the explorer 36. I will miss the tank, an absolute elegant icon. I'd like to get a Cartier back into the collection one day, absolutely love the older santos galbee's and carees. overtime i found i wasn't wearing the tank as much, not due to size, but something about spending 3k on a quartz watch and not having that connection with winding or sustaining the life of it throughout the day. Overtime it felt somewhat soulless, which is weird to say, since it is a total icon. I think I wouldn't have wanted to move it on if they had an mechanical movement in the classic large size. still an absolute great watch nonetheless, but i decided i'd rather have the explorer 36 (which can literally do both travel and dress) vice the pro and the tank. Like you, I kept passing over the tank and the Pro for other watches, so it only made sense to trade them in to offset the cost the explorer.

How do you like the strap? I have a Must XL on a gator strap also from Delugs. But it fits smaller and I’m on the hole near the end of the strap like you are. I am thinking about ordering one size up in regular leather.

Ciao, I have the same watch, bought it almost 2 years ago and still in love with it. I would love to buy a beads of rice bracelet, but have been a bit wary as I have a rather tiny wrist.

The thickness is overhyped. I just purchased this watch from a local Tudor AD and I absolutely love it. It has not come off my wrist in a week. I have a 6.75 - 7in wrist and does not wear like a large watch or feel overly thick on wrist. Really gives off a pure tool watch vibe not unlike the RLX Explorer II.

Im an owner as well. I really like its quartz and I mostly wear it on a 19mm BOR bracelet or a green Molequin strap. Main point, dont be afraid too try a quartz watch!

You may also mention that the size (length) of the supplied strap is quite short and may not fit some people with larger wrists. Where do your straps come from?

It is not from 2002, dont drills in the case, it is newer, not much, but newer than 2002 like mine with drills in the case that allows quick change of the straps

Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the amzwatch, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.

When it comes to fine imitation watches, amzwatch delivers. I've bought from them several times, and I've never been let down.

I got mine on eBay 3 or ao years ago and love it. It has something loose inside now but still runs well. The click when I move my arm around is annoying so I don’t wear it as much anymore.
