This is my first truck a 1999 Ford F-350 7.3 non duality 6 speed manual she had buttons on the steering wheel though 8 foot bed and she was black and chrome I used fly around with my friends and I'd impress the girls with my manual driving skills

you learn the art of shifting a diesel as you go. everyone always wants to criticize haha. btw calling the zf6 a 6spd is such a joke. my f250 with 4.10s stock starts out in 2nd at least half the time. that "1st" granny low is for pulling freight trains....... uphill....... with the brakes on........ while your grandma walks beside you walker and all
So true about starting out in 2nd most the time .I own a single cab 08 f250 manual tranny .
Its has 6 foward gears right that means its a 6 speed you can sift thro 6 gears going forward

Why is the stick so far over I have the same trans in my 05 and my reverse is where your 1st gear is. looks way over. maybe it's the angle of the video

Oh yeah real good idea bud floating gears in these trucks..You can't do that in small pickups with manuals, only large rigs. Not using the clutch with these types of transmission is asking for disaster.
I got I drove 100,000 miles on that truck not using the clutch and I had a pocket bearing go out do to lack to oil cause I had a cooler line break will driving in to wv and I rebuilt it my self and it looked like it was brand new

GrainBin I have been told the autos are garbage and have also researched them it says even heavy towing can kill the automatic and adding more horsepower can too
@@gamerbeastboy1842 well u commented 6 years later so i'll comment 4 later uhh well the slushboxes(autos) can be built but it's more expensive. they hold boost better between shifts and are easier to drive. Blegh but manual is just kinda cooler
