we found a stray kitten who was infested with fleas,took him to the vet clinic,seems like fleas were deducted,they fed him but he vomited it up and he has worms,we can put kitten mil in the syringes right?

The technique I'm using on my poorly semi-feral is to swaddle him in a towel on the floor, kneel over him with him facing away from me (so that I'm straddling him) Then I prop his chin up with my left hand, open his mouth, and put the syringe into his mouth with my right hand. I depress the syringe, let him rest, then repeat. All the time I keep a tight grip on the towel. He gets fed up with this and starts spitting the food out, but by then I've got him to eat enough. Till next time!

It's not force feeding if you do it right. You are syringe feeding them.

Thank you, this looks a lot better than what I have going on. I have a kitten with a sinus infection and thin formula ends up everywhere but in the kittens tummy as his front paws start clawing at the syringe or bottle. Very young, he does a lot better with thicker gruel, in the smaller increments than just thin milk replacement. This is the first time I have seen the layout with multiple syringes. They get hyper when they have to wait for you to fill the next one, so this will de-escalate their stress and feeding them from the side seems to give them more control for swallowing.

I hate force feeding my kitten but she is so little. to little to eat big cat food and rto little to know how to eat from a bottle. it is the only way she can live thank you for this video
