Im only watching season2 now for the first time (in secret unfortunately), this whole hickey thing is just silly. when the guy that i was going out with gave me hickey, i was just like charlie, i only saw it next day in the bathroom just before work, i came to work and immediately asked my coworker who i trust and im friends with for “help” lol. After she initially laughed with her hands over her mouth she quickly took me to first aid kit to take out some plasters, she put in on my neck, later the only question i got, what happened to my neck from few ppl, i was like oh its a little cut during the shaving (and i dont even shave with razor) haha. The point is, i cant believe he didnt even try to hide it at least with a hand and some hoodie. and when harry came in and said who gave you a hickey, i would say to him OH IT WAS YOU, DONT YOU REMEMBER

I think I should defend Ben here. It sounds like he doesn’t have a support team or anyone to come out to. Coming out is a difficult road to go down and you do anything to hide it, You lie, hurt the people you love. That is what Ben did mainly. He hurt Charlie because he was angry that he doesn’t have a supportive family like Charlie and Nick do, he lied to Charlie because he was with a girl and not him. He wanted to hide Charlie away from the people who would want to help.

The facials from all three are excellent. From Nicks in the background, apprehensive, barely contained anger and disgust. Charlies fine detailed reactions to every word, unbelieve, anger, disgust. Bens clearly shows that he only mean it half way best case. the last part where he realize, that he hasn't won Charlie over. there was the anger back. and even in the blurry background Nicks body language toward Ben was kind of one wrong move and he would beat him up

Everything about this scene is PERFECT!!! I havent been SA but I have been harrassed and bullied. This scene was REAL and perfectly executed. Apologies dont erase anything. The damage is done and can never be undone. It lives in our bones. Even though Charlie can defend himself now, I am still obsesseed with Nick's little step forward to protect Charlie.

I just watched this full episode today. i just clicked off the tv after this scene bcs it reminds me too much of my mom. i love this show and being a bit rapresented (well not exactly but yes, im a bi romantic acexual and librafem) but also it felt devasting after watching this scene.. it hits close to home for me, too..

Season 3 made me cry especially during the parts where they talk about Charlie’s anorexia .But season 3 also helped me realize and believe it will get better I will get better.

Anyone who says that they respect how Harry stuck up for Imogen and called Ben out for being awful to her; it was good of him to do that, yes, I like that he did, but the irony is that it doesn’t change and make up for him calling Charlie a F*g in season 1 even though he said it to Nick and Charlie didn’t hear him say it.

what i love about these scenes is the colors. cause before nick came out and kissed charlie at the party he was at the colors showed the colors of the bisexual flag and for this scene they did the same but with the lesbian flag for imogen. i can’t wait to see if she and sahar will end up together in season 3. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈
