Here's the rundown for this stress shoot we ran the other night. We used 2x35# weights. Yard lines are 50, 25, 12, 5. Two rifle mags of 6 rounds. 1 Pistol mag of 6 and 1 mag of 3. Start with the 6 round pistol mag first. Run from the targets to the 50 yd line with weights. 3 rounds on steel with the rifle. Run to the 25yd line with weights. 3 rifle, 3 pistol on steel.
