My point is, if you have great craft, then speak up, show up. Simple as that. The harsh truth in today's world is those who are more visible are seen as more capable.

I see your point, but here's the thing. Who is more likely to get promoted? Whether to a senior role or a leader role? Obviously someone who can speak. I'm not discounting the fact that there are people who can get promoted with great craft, but those who can present themselves well, AND are competent in their subject matter are much more likely to get promoted. In fact, even a higher salary.

@ waaaa Im thinking to get one. Im just double thinking because I found one video that showed there was a gap between audio and video after he recorded a clip. Did you experience that too?

@StevensQueue so far thankfully, no issues! The only challenge I faced was when I downloaded the rode app. The app automatically switches on when you plug in, and if you don't close it, the audio recording won't work. 😂
