Why is nobody shooting the mercy?

Whenever my tanks complain abt healing I don’t damage boost them until they’re 1 HP and I heal beam them when they’re full health

People bashing on Mercy being “useless” just really don’t know how much of a cerebral character she really is. Yes she’s simple but with a player that has peak positioning and game sense other team wouldn’t even know why they really lost!
