Pretzel 🥨🥨 . Storm and battle squad love these. We also call it "European legwork" lol . Sweep to power stance is what I call this one. A great direction change. I actually love the spin down or corkscrew into power stance as a go down. It looks cool stepping over that hooked position ya end up in. I never learned it but I eventually plan to. A "Breadzel " with a "B" not a " P" actually makes more sense because it is made of bread 🍞🍞🥪. Lol. Bretzel is a cooler name!!!
