Come si prepara il tè Shan Tuyet in Việt Nam
Passaggio 1. Sciacquare la teiera
La sciacquiamo con l'acqua bolle a 100 gradi per ricaldarsi un pò la teiera.
Passaggio 2. Sciacquare il tè Shan Tuyet
Mettiamo circa 8-10g di tè poi versando l'acqua bollente nella teiera. Versiamo via l'acqua dopo scuotendo gentilmente la teiera.
Passaggio 3. Preparare il tè
Versiamo dentro l'acqua bolle a 85 - 90 gradi per coprire tutte le foglie di tè. Aspettiamo 15-30 secondi
(Per questo tipo di tè non dobbiamo aspettare tanto per aver il gusto acre tipico di tè come gli altri tipi di tè vietnamita)
Passaggio 4. Godersi il tè
Togliamo le foglie prima di versare il tè nelle tazze piccoline per godercelo
Grazie per aver guardato!

I was on Halong Bay 4 years ago and had a day cruise for a few hours only. Shall return for an overnight boat to enjoy more of this place.
