The problem is that the BIM coordinator role isn't in demand all that much. I work in a big international company and they make all the architects do BIM coordinator work because they don't want to pay a BIM coordinator salary.

Don’t get excited by what is said here, to be a good/grate Coordinator, you need to cover All services and this will take at least 5 years. Forget learning just Revit what about all the others BIM authoring tools. Clash test is a small part of Modeling
