Awe Puppy Maya! How cute! My moms dog name is Mia, and I have always loved the name Mya! I considered that name for my daughter Jordyn at one time. Let me tell you, mini Goldendoodles are the best!!! I’m so in love with Luna, I hate to leave her at home. She’s my baby. At 20 weeks you’re going to get the better side of puppy phase. The first 10 weeks are hard! Let me know if you have any questions!

@@jenfoxek I'm just hoping she won't have problems bonding with me at 20 weeks old I'm doing everything I can do to prepare for her and help her feel very loved and comforted to help in her new transition.

Is she your first puppy? I think you won’t have many problems from what I’ve seen with this breed they are very loving!!

Honestly the hardest thing about doodles is the grooming. Their personality is the best!!

@@jenfoxek I have had a Mini golden doodle before My wife took her in our divorce. I taught her everything she knows, She fetches, bark's quiet on command ,sits ,stays for as long as I like her to and she will jump upon anything I point to or snap my fingers and point too, She can catch a treat across a 20' room. She was just amazing, and she was ripped out of my life. I drove 35 hours to pick her up from Apple Creek Ohio from an Amish farm she's never stepped foot on concrete or asphalt before, I had to teach her it was OK to do so, she was so pure and sweet. Her name is Molly Bear she is a red F1B Mini Goldendoodle. I groomed her myself and kept her brushed every day and kept her detangled, and beautiful all the time. My wife never did anything with her she just enjoyed the fruits of my love and labor I put in to her. I couldn't bear it was very difficult being without her and I found someone I found someone that had a doodle just like Molly, same color, mannerisms and everything. I'm not trying to replace Molly I just really like the Goldendoodle my new baby is named Maya and she sticks to me like skin. I now have started the whole training process over again with Maya. Now no one can take my baby from me.

Luna got a very short haircut so that’s probably why she looks so much lighter! Baby J is growing sooooo fast!!! Will try to vlog a full update soon! Take care Jeni!!!

Of course I remember you Jeni!!! Yes we have been on some of life’s most wonderful adventures! The pups are growing up so fast! We’re supposed to get another but I’m not ready yet haha! This was decent imo. They started with scent swapping, next step at introduction with barrier, then introduction with harness. They made sure not to force Loki to get close to the puppy. Lots of positive reinforcement. I would have liked to keep puppy on a leash/harness for a lot longer than they did though to reinforce boundaries and not allow chasing. But overall it's pretty alright. I've seen much worse.

She is full grown and 23 pounds!

Hi Gem, I am so sorry to hear about the ankle bite, that sounds horrible! Thankfully they have calmed down after being fixed! You have two cats so hopefully they don’t team up on puppy too. My cat has a pretty laid back demeanor, I never heard him hiss until I brought home Luna. He hissed at her when he doesn’t want to play and she doesn’t get the hint lol. But now most of the time he runs away to somewhere up high. I recommend having a safe place for your cats to retreat to when they have had enough of the puppy. Hopefully all goes well, take it slow, and have someone to help you with the introduction Incase it doesn’t go as planned. Good luck!

Hi Stardust! What kind of pup are you getting? I bet you’re excited! Puppies are alot of fun, once they are potty trained it’s way better! I highly recommend having a safe place for your cat to call his own, you know how cats are, they definitely need their space to chill! Definitely take the introduction slow, our cat Loki is a really sweet mellow cat and now that Luna is way bigger than him he gets trampled by her and runs away but there are other times where he wants to play so you will probably see both sides as well!

@@jenfoxek That is definitely good advice! We’re getting a Pomeranian, so most likely Columbo the cat will always have the size advantage. We can’t wait! Thank you again. Id love more cat/dog cohabitation vids and I think there’s a good deal of people looking for them here on the tube.
