Hey I know this is an old video but I see your still active on TH-cam so hopefully you see this, Did plugging in the abs module fix it or did unplugging it fix it? And just to be clear you are talking about the actual black box for the abs not just the connector(s) on the RABS valve, correct?

I had a similar issue with that same wire that runs from the relay all the way down to the pump. Originally I thought my fuel pump was bad because I had 12 volts to the connector at the pump. Turns out the wire burned itself up and even though it showed 12 volts at the connector it just couldn't transfer the amps needed to run the pump would be my guess. I upgraded the wire to 10 gauge and changed the relay to a Msd one. Its been solid for the last 3 years up until this point. At least I have a good spare pump to keep in the truck :)

The 7.3 was originally designed to be used without a turbo til 94 in which they made the Powerstroke with direct injection and a turbo
