Thank you for this great, affirming video, Wilson. It's ironic because I find that the more Im on my phone, the more it feeds that anxiety, stress and insecurity-it doesn't help that underlying stress, the overconsumption actually makes it worse. When noticing this when on my phone, or any other over consumption, what is your experience to help pull away?
@@Emergewithmel i think a variety of things can help. First and foremost a lot of self kindness is important. Understanding that its ok to do it and theres nothing wrong. Then i think bringing an element of curiosity to the experience your avoiding and letting yourself sink in. This has helped me, getting curious

just remove plants and ur ibs should go away. opt for the low toxin ones like fruit, maybe organic white rice. IBS is simply you eating foods that humans are not designed to eat.
