This Is the Easiest (and quickest) Way I've Found to Make Money Online
มุมมอง 292ปีที่แล้ว
I started a new side hustle and have grown it to over $1,000 a month part-time in my first month. The most impressive part about this side hustle is it is a passive income stream so I'm still making money on it right now even when I'm not working on it. This opportunity does not cost any money and is all done online with faceless videos. I'm talking about the Amazon Influencer program, but perh...

The Business Mark Rober Should Start Right Now
มุมมอง 1412 ปีที่แล้ว
I love coming up with business ideas. Sometimes doing so is as simple as taking an existing idea or concept, adding in some twists, and monetizing it. Recently I had inspiration for a unique business idea that I think Mark Rober should take advantage of. The inspiration specifically came from his squirrel maze videos and in this video I share that business idea with you. I also break down the m...

Wow! Looks amazing. I'm glad I watched until the end!
Love the table you created, is that plywood you used on the top?
Started hosting my personal home o. Abnb too!
Nice! Have you been getting any bookings?
Yes been booked. Had to raise price to slow it down. Thought had to compete with hotel pricing but realized this is a different market. Want to raise it again and see what happens. Just seeking 2x a month.
@@innrpce Awesome, I'm glad it's working well for you!
Great info!
Glad it was helpful!
I'm also quitting this industry 😂
It's definitely tough and changing fast!
Did you need a permit?
Yeah, to do it right you typically need a business permit in the city (or cities) you will be operating in. Although to be honest most people doing this are doing it without a permit.
Great video, so helpful. How do you get a partner or someone to do the charcuterie boards for you so no permit is needed from you?
Fortunately there are a decent amount of charcuterie companies out there now so I would recommend finding one near you and partnering with them. You should be able to find small, local charcuterie companies if you search on Instagram or TikTok.
This is such a helpful video. May I ask, how did you find partners to get the charcuterie boards from without having to get a food permit?
There are quite a few charcuterie companies out there now so I would recommend finding a small, local one and see if they are willing to provide you with the charcuterie boards.
Great video
Thanks!
Hey Trevor! What city was your picnic business in?
We operated in a bunch of cities all over the Phoenix metro area.
Great video!
Thanks!
This is excellent
Very smart
@@kristinrodriguezrealtordmv3434 Thanks! I think it's a good option for some situations.
Thank you for sharing. You really gave me a good starting point as I am only in the beginning of my research as a luxury picnic business owner.
Hi Trevor, how does your $199 template web will help me get started when starting this business?
Hey! If you haven't created a website yet and you don't want to spend the time designing one, the template we offer is a well designed website that will help you establish your online presence. Best of luck to you!
Very helpful video but you need to blink lol
All of your reasons are stupid if you make money you make money what you want. Entrepreneur my ass
Are permits and licenses required for this business and are permits required for small events in parks? I think about New York city))
ive been in 4 years and ive NEVER gotten a referral or had a family member use me as their agent. ever.
My family uses other agents working in the same area
Great video, I’m 8 years in and have a team of 8 agents. This business is definitely challenging!
What is your instagram for the picnic?
would love the templates!
Let’s Go!!
Love it❤❤❤
Thank You!!
Can u please make a video only talking about insurance of luxury picnics. Ty
Unfortunately I am not qualified to give insurance advice which is my recommendation is to have a conversation with an insurance agent in your area. They typically will have a consultation with prospective customers for no charge.
I’m looking to start this but nervous
It's okay to start small and test it out, but it's better to start than to not! You've got this!
Love this! What did you use around that wood base of the table? Like those wooden panels?
Thanks! Those are just wooden dowels that you can pick up from Home Depot or Lowe's. We cut the dowels in half and glued them to the base of the table.

great video man. Question for you... since you're going to be passive with RE transactions do you market this stuff on say a page delegated to you real estate work? Im thinking of not marketing myself anymore, delete my social media pages and only work on the leads i paid for. Now obviously its for a better cause, as I do have another company and working on personal branding tied in with that stuff. What are your thoughts on that?
Hey man, thanks for watching! I was never big into marketing my real estate services on social media so I'm not planning on doing any of that now. I'm still part of a few services that send me the occasional referral for a referral fee upon closing so I'm planning on only pursuing those deals as well as any deals I might get from my network or past clients. If you already have the social media pages established, you could potentially keep them but just not post to them anymore. It's not likely they will bring you any leads if you aren't active on there, but it's possible. Congrats on your company! What kind of business do you have?
@@startuptrevor thanks its a crypto company
What a crazy story!
I was seriously shocked!
@@startuptrevor you are the man
It's interesting to me to see how all of these methods returned less than $100 per year. I purchased a small vending machine route about 3 years ago for $2,000 and was so sad that it produced $250/year. Granted, I have to go maintain the machines every couple of months, it is a somewhat passive business. My return was actually a higher percentage than the smart kids doing ETFs and crypto, so I really should be grateful for my golden geese! 😂
Yeah hearing about these returns really puts a side hustle like that into perspective! I've been meaning to do a follow-up video about less passive ways to make money (essentially businesses and side hustles) because I personally think one of the best long-term investments you can make is starting a business, rather than investing in the stock market. Your vending route sounds like a cool business! Have you tried to grow the route?
@@startuptrevor it is neat, but I end up dreading collection/restock days. It requires a certain level of discipline. I started out checking them once a week, collecting $2 is so disheartening 😂 no pun intended, but now I try to check them quarterly. I sell .50 Squishland toys which makes it all super easy and I'm profiting .40 per transaction. At some point I would like to add drink machines to my route but I may sell my route before I get that far, who knows?
It looks really good, we are in the process of doing this as well
Thank you! Good luck! It's a lot of work, but it definitely has the potential to be worth it.
Who much can cost a website
His template is only $199! You could build your own for very cheap if you are skilled, or most (skilled) web designers usually charge around $120/hr
Hi Yeisi! Taylor is right about the pricing :) Please let me know if you have any questions!
I have to trys this
You should go for it! It honestly can grow into a good income pretty quick.
Want to try this
Try it out! It doesn't cost anything to apply for the program and it only takes a minute to do.
Thank you so much for sharing!! I’m thinking of this idea, but still evaluating pros and cons. This was helpful!! Thanks again!
I'm glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching and feel free to reach out with any questions you have!
Man, I just found your channel but I feel like we are brothers from another mother. I'm entering my 7th year as an agent and you hit the nail on the head with your description of it's pros and cons. Last December it was really a tough decision whether or not I was going to pay my dues and keep trying. Ultimately I went for it, but showing houses to people that have no idea what they want or aren't in tune with today's prices is just making it hard to keep following up with all the leads. The entitled/rude clients will burn anyone out fast. You've got a new subscriber, can't wait to see the upcoming content!
Hey man, thanks for watching and subscribing! If you've lasted 7 years in the business, then you must be doing a good job at it. But I hear you on the tough clients in this market. I just fired a new client who wants to get a home for 25% under current market prices, even though there hasn't been a drop like that in my market at this point. I hope you sell a lot of homes this year!
@@startuptrevor I'm glad you were able to dodge that bullet! I had an old neighbor tell me she wanted me to list her home, but she didn't want people to come inside her house until they were under contract, wanted me to use the photos from the previous listing 2 years prior, and would you mind giving me a discount on the commission? "I don't think you are doing much to earn a whole 3%". Finally I just recommended she find another agent. She's cycled through 2 other agents already that I've seen and she's still asking about $40k over market value. You can't please them all!
@@startuptrevor I hope you get a lot of sales as well! You put into words something that I've been feeling for a long time when you talked about wanting to work on a business and how there's no prospect of selling your real estate job. It's interesting how it being an agent is conducive to the lifestyle but didn't provide the long-term effects of equity that come with being a business owner.
👋🏽new subbie here definitely loved the tips
Thanks for subscribing! I'm glad you found the video helpful!
Hey ! Your videos are so helpful, thank you for making them ! Im just curious , did your follow up on your sold venture to see how they are doing now? Are they making it, or just enough to make back the 22k.. So interested !
Thanks for watching my videos! I haven't followed up with them recently. A while back I checked and saw some of the pictures they were posting online just to see what they were up to. If I can get ahold of them or if I hear from them, I'll see if I can do an update on that company!
What’s the name of your company?
If we still owned the company I would be happy to share that information, but because we sold it, it's not my information to give out now.
The website template looks amazing! Looking forward to purchasing it. Very helpful video. Thanks!!
Glad you like it!
Quick question do we get the website template on the 1st. Because it say I should get it before. Thank you so much and I can wait
Hi Doris! You should be getting an email later today with a link to transfer that website to you. Thank you for your support and please reach out if you have any questions!
Defintely full time on top of another full time :) Just Be Picnic XOXO Thanks for creating this content.
It definitely can get busy! Thanks for watching!
Nifty easy side hustle idea, I like it a lot.
Glad you liked it!
Can you share how do we get the license or permit for this business please
Hi Dima! It can be hard to give personalized advice on that because it varies in each state, city, and county. If you Google business licenses in your local area, it should give you an idea of what you need to do in your area. I'm also going to be covering this subject a bit more in my upcoming picnic course that's on pre-sale right now.
Are you willing to pass out flyers to try and grow your side hustle?
You could add services for Traditional water heaters as well. Need drained a bit to get rid of build up in the tank and anode rod replaced
That's a good idea! I would definitely need to study up and practice to learn how to do that.
Do you think this idea could be scaled?
