How many max subscribers are allowed for free substack?

Does revue require subscribers first before an article can be published? It seems that I can’t publish my work, it’s asking to whom it should be sent to.

4 - I've considered the last couple of years having an amazing virtual meeting spot. Hanging gardens of Babylon, or whatever, with some VR tech, some AI-face-swapping onto 3D characters combined with something that reads and conveys your facial expressions... it could be a goer... each element missing would detract. But some of the interactive 3D seems worth it. Having said all that I'm following OpenAI blog and whatever we get would seem a short-lived productivity blip before the machines over-reach us. 5 - My solution last week was to delete Twitter altogether, I don't think it'll attain healthy interaction status. Back to websites and email for me!

Crazy. I did not know it was a loan! Feels a little like Hire Purchase back in the day. I bought my first computer on Hire Purchase from Radio Rentals which turned out to be very very expensive as the price of computers fell but my contract didn't!
