I believe in punishment, but for these types of crimes with this type of people. They should remain out of prison, have a regular minimum wage job, pay rent, ride the bus to work,and pay 25 % of their paycheck towards restitution. For these people living life like the rest of us?? That's worse than prison and they are not costing us any money to keep in prison.
