Table made from barn beams.
The oak trees were probably one hundred years old when they were cut down and turned into barn beams. The barn was built in 1860 so that puts the begenning of this project right around the founding of the country. So that's pretty cool.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon you."

    • @charliethornburg1542

I don’t remember what size the bit was but for the radius bit just make it half the board thickness. You are shooting for round. I think that bit was a whiteside bit and it is well worth the money. Lasts a really long time and leaves a great finish

how long did it take and what was the weather? what temperatures does it reach? i saw you made another kiln, an indoor kiln, how do you compare the two? you might get these questions from others. i'm thinking about building a kiln, my design is based on the same materials as yours. However the cold temperature here can reach -10 deg celsius in the winter and autum is not sunny, would a solar kiln make sense? from what i gather an indoor kiln can be expensive to maintain.

I hope this helps. Have a great day and thanks for watching.
