    토마토주스 2~3병_2주간 그이후에는 아침 45칼로리정도의 음료한변 학교에 가져가 간식으로 한병 더 저녁 아예 안먹거나 토마토또는 초콜릿 한조각 기록용 어플 있으면 효율적

    식단 이분이랑 똑같이 하실거면 아몬드브리즈 말고 저당검은콩두유나 고단백두유로 바꾸세요. 아몬드브리즈보다 단백질이 풍부해서 더 포만감 느껴지고 건강에 훨씬 나아요. 차라리 아몬드 4~5알 추가로 먹어요.

    절대 다시 찌지 마세요! 제가 어릴 때부터 다이어트와 요요를 반복했더니 마른 몸에서 지금은 겨우 표준체중 끄트머리에 걸려있어요. 이것도 노력해서 겨우 유지 중 ㅠㅠ 절대 요요 반복하면 안 됨.
