One thing is unfortunately missed with the Miami apartment that’s $500k… a lot of condos here have ridiculous HOA’s that’s around $500-600 a month. Waterfront have easily $1k a month. Also car insurance is ridiculous in Miami compared to other areas due to the flooding and uninsured motorists. Wages are pretty poor in Miami too. As an accountant I can make around $20k more in Denver judging by the ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn job listings. Renting seems to be cheaper in down town Denver too where it’s around $1700 for a 700 sqf 1/1. In Miami area in paying $2200 for a 614 sqf 1/1…

why is steamboat number 1? i could see it being number 5 at best. Also it is new news to me that steamboat is also in Grand county because last time i was their 2 weeks ago it was in routt. This video is made by a bunch of people who dont ski in colorado and are just judging it on the town instead of the actual ski resort.

My uncle had a condo, ski in ski out in Vail. I remember going to McDonald’s and a Number 2 was $5.99 completely ridiculous when at the time it was $1.99 In Wisconsin. I’m glad he payed for everything he was loaded. R.I.P.

Haha im the same as these guys, i lived in Texas before for years, born and raised in Wisconsin, now i live in Colorado. Cleaner air. No unbearable heat, no fire ants, no poison ivy, nice low humidity, Colorado is actually one of the most independent and sustainable environments in the country. I agree its better. Its my favorite state by far

The population is NOT Growing, Growth is almost ZERO!!! We are now in the demise stage and the Population is getting OLDER!!! Families can't grow wealth or anything without HOUSES... Home Owners grow markets because they always leave a home listed for everyone they buy... When you sell to Renters, THEY COLLECT HOMES, raise prices and only take Listings off the market!!! Leaving Depressed neighborhoods, with less up keep and more crime... Wall Street Renters often bypass Real Estate Agents all together!!! Support Family Home Owners and give them the break no one else seems to want to do... They offer RETURN Business and BUILD MARKETS for RE Agents!!! It's just the right thing to do!~!~!
