@@DLM451 I’d recommend using acoustic strings rather than electric, as I think they lend well to the overall purpose of the guitar. The acoustic stuff sounds great and the pickup is designed to work well with acoustic strings, the other way probably won’t be as well-rounded. I recommend using max 11s, as it will still let you do the electric guitar ending stuff. 10s would even work 👍🏻

I have this exact same model and color and can't seem to put it down. Like Chris suggested, I pick it up unplugged frequently and just love noodling around. Plugged in it sounds amazing and as the reviewer suggested it doesn't matter what you plug it into. As for the type of strings, I just recently changed mine to D'Addario flat tops phosphor bronze 10 to 47. Amazing difference, virtually eliminates string squeak and the lighter gauge works well with electric modes without loss of warmth in the acoustic modes. A bit easier on the fingers as well. Hi! Thanks for watching my stuff! In the video I’m using a Donner triple looper which I’ve always found good. Recently I got a Ditto Plus looper which is great, it’s got so many loops you can store and sounds great. Just my recommendations! As for a DI, I don’t really use one, this guitar has a preamp on it and sounds great to me plugged right in! This video was literally plugging my guitar straight into an interface to GarageBand with a blank track and a touch of reverb which sounds great. Hope that helps!

Yep! The piezo pickup actually nicely captures the body percussion, which not many people mention!

I hope it helped! I made it with the intention that people would know most of these chords, but not everyone does. There are lost of online resources for that if you need. There are so many different sections to this song, so I tried to cover it all. If you do not know the progression and all specific parts of the actual song I can see how it would be hard to follow. Listening along with the song can help because I went in order through the sections of the song :)
