Why can't it find the dock when going to wash the mop but finds it perfectly for vaccuming? I've tried to resolve this via the Roborock people with NO success. They don't seem to understand why I find this is not a typical problem and makes no sense to me.

I have a Dyson cinetic had for a few years. Its a great vacuum haven't had no issues with it. Herny is not as good as the old ones. My auntie had a Herny and it barely picked up anything and the floor head was a nightmare on carpet. She got rid of it and bought a Dyson upright.

In Europe the Henry is under 200$.

unfortunately i cannot remove my shag rug because i have heavy furniture on top of it, my desk with my heavy pc on it and a dresser with a big tv on it.

The big flaw with baglesa is when emptying, where does the dust go when its being emptied?

I own two Floor one S3 and opened them a million times. They're not that easy fo disassemble and the motor is difficult to reach. The cleaner is very badly engineered: it's very easy for water to reach the motor and it's going to rust quite easily, sinche the impeller is made of metal.

4 Contacts have been cleaned. No problem on electric supply. Battery is still alright. Occasionally it can be fully charged after may trials.

Right out of the box, our Dyson Gen5Absolute had a significant rattle coming from the carpet cleaning head. Customer service conceded that the part is out of stock with no date for when it will be available (this is a HUGE problem with Dyson), so the unit had to be replaced. Dyson offered to ship us an exchange as soon as UPS received the defective unit. We recorded this conversation. Nevertheless, the next day, after we delivered the defective unit to UPS, customer service informed us that this was untrue. Dyson would not do an immediate exchange, but would ship a new unit only after it received and processed the unit, which would take up to 3 weeks (while Dyson sat on our money and the warranty triggered by our initial purchase continued to run.) In short, Dyson lied. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was assured that supervisor would call me back. No call. Dyson lied again. Even before we bought the unit, we got a bad taste of Dyson’s honesty. Customer service assured us that Dyson would price-match QVC’s sale price. This, too, proved to be untrue. Yet another lie. The vacuum may be great, but beware of Dyson. False assurances and unavailable replacement parts are a REAL problem.

I think this is a farce i stumbled on this video and being a kirby owner for years i found kirbys need belts and bags that both take minutes to change no filters to wash out or clean and wait to use again

CFM is a measurement of airflow, not suction power. The Dyson Ball Animal 3, being a clean air design, has stronger suction than the Kirby, at around 114" of water lift for sealed suction, compared to around 40" water lift for the Kirby.
