Your video tells me Sanook Kitchen provides CHAIRS instead of those which provide only stools and those cabin seats are very cramped. Another important information is the washroom is just next to the restaurant and the Vietnamese restaurant is just next door. When I was young, all restaurants (especially those in Orchard Road) have their own restrooms. But today, the toilets are situated mountains and seas away. And there are no benches in shopping centres and MRT station underground passages when you need to change train. Decision-makers are all young people and those who own cars. Some old people can afford to take taxi or Grab but most don't.

I have just come back from Singapore (16/11/2023) for the first time after COVID and I must say it is a shadow of its former self. It’s best time was the late 80’s and 90’s. But still love to walk through the floors.
