Boa noite muito bom

Movie kinda gets shit on for being just a 2 bit repeat of the original, bringing in a lot of singers and actors that were in the first one, but I have a bit of a soft spot for it mostly because of this song. The visuals for it are some of the best and I'm a sucker for historical/cowpoke songs.

A rare case of the cover being much better than the original

2024, Blues Brothers 2000, as John Belushi was excellent, but John Goodman did great in this role, it was an incredible team. My 2nd town, I was born in the City of Chicago, where on one block, black, white, yellow and brown, indigenous kids played together. Where we were back quite a way, I think I was in high school just down the street from mine at the corners of Devon, Talcott, South Prospect Avenues, and the corner of Talcott and Cumberland Avenues, in the suburb just NW of the airport. It was exciting to be in the crowd for the shooting of these two scenes in the 1st Blues Brothers Movie. Thank you, Jane Byrne, movies were filmed in Chicago! Just down the street from my high school, when they got a PI to find me for some reason, chose to send me an invitation to a high school reunion, if I had some reason to go to a reunion, I would have showed up, but I said return to sender.
