I have a 2020 Road Glide Special, it has the same full Rinehart headers and 4.5 slip ons installed. I think I will switch to Kromewerks exhaust and headers. They sound so much deeper and maybe give more torque.
Hey NC. I like Kromewerks exhaust system as well. Did you check the dyno charts for them? I didn't think the torque was better, but I could be wrong. Anyway they do sound nice.
Your bike looks and sounds great, you mentioned that you installed a tuner, is that really nessicary on the 21 SGS With a stage one set up? what tuner did you use? Thanks
Yes, if you change out your headpipes and air intake, you need a new tune for the bike. I went with the power vision tuner. I also put a new cam in the bike, Woods 22XE, and the power vision is recommended over the Fuelpak when it comes to tuning a cam. Hope this helps you.

The 2021 Street Glide has 3 Oxygen sensors, may i know how did you manage that? Because I believe Rinehart does not offer the headers for the 2021 yet.
You always get suggestions that you didn't buy the right product. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I do like the Khrome Werks and also the TAB BAM Sticks. But Khrome Werks is good.
Harley changed the ECM port and the configuration on tuning for aftermarket products. As for trading in the 19 bike, sometimes I wish I didn't do it, but I loved the 21 model. Some extras on it the 19 didn't have.

Just bought a 21 RGS and was thinking about the DBX45s but those 40s sound great. My dealer told me these 8s like back pressure and just do slipons and not worry about a tune. I guess time will tell.
I'm sure the 45's are great, but I'm very satisfied with the 40's and felt that I would get a little better performance with them. Congrats on your bike.

Going with the Header RXC Tormentor from WestEnd. FP3 tuner as well. Stage one complete, soon. lol Love the ride brother...HOOAH!!!
Just ordered my DBX40’s. All of my old bikes had aftermarket slip-ons when I bought the bike. Got a brand new street glide. Can I get the exhaust off/on if I keep the bike on the kick stand?
I'm happy with the 40's. Once I'm able to get my headpipes on, want to the difference in sound. I know I'll get more horsepower and torque. then decide about a cam.
Dude...you’re spinning “your wheels” without changing the Header (ditching the cat) and Upgrading the Air Intake💯👍 I have Rineharts with S&S Power Tuned Duel Header (on my CVO Ultra Limited), and it sounds “truly awesome” Don’t “Cheap Out”.....”Go Balls Deep” and do it all😂💯👍🍺
I just had DBX40's installed and they are incredible. My friend has tab zombies and didn't know which to get.. everyone at my HD dealer said "go with the Rhineharts". They were right... they look and sound amazing.
You can't go wrong with them, and they perform well on the Dyno charts.

Does an exhaust system like this eliminate your motorcycle warranty?
For Harley, it does not. But if the after market product causes the damage, then your not covered. I've never had an issue with after market products.
Don't think I did a video with the cam. No cat. According to some Dyno charts my bike should be around 135 ft pds of torque and 115 HP. Thanks.

Videos never do it justice. It's much louder and the tone is better. Find someone who has these and listen for yourself.
The cam will make a huge difference in the sound. I’ve installed 475 cam and it’s completely different.

Best pipes I have ever owned. Loud when you want it to be and moderate when cruising. Can hear my stereo with no problem.
That oem cam really holding back the true sounds of them header and pipes
Man if it were any louder, I couldn't hear my stereo. I do need to get a better tune. Might have to visit the Dyno.

I live in Chesapeake, VA. Just added the Woods 22XE cam 2 weeks ago. It's pretty mean now.

My pleasure. Just put in the woods 22xe cam. I wouldn't want it any louder. Have a PV tune from Fuel Moto. Runs nice without the pipe inserts.

To my knowledge, the sensors are the same as the last few model years. I had a friend install the headpipe, so there were no issues.
