You forgot praying for a miracle. Ad hoc. Unpredictable, biased, subjective, motivated, and tragically dire

‘Those who cannot do the job teach…those who cannot do the job or teach join ofsted’…ofsted inspectors are incompetent, nasty bullies that do not have either the intelligence or emotional intelligence to assesses learning and the quality of a school….I think most professional educators (ofsted inspectors are excluded from this category) know this and should just accept that these parasites and failed teachers come into our schools talk rubbish, report nonsense and contribute nothing and then move on ….. we should all just be ‘nice’ to them … accept they are irrelevant rsoles, tory stooges and contribute nothing to society, ignore them and move on……….

Does this mean no more trackers, what about long observations are we no longer doing these and to show their development we just use knowledge of the child? Very excited for something new. I want to just do a spider diagram to show what the children have chose to do and link it into eyfs and let them learn through play. Also do we still need to use apps like tapestry?
