SOCH, School Of Creative Hands is a registered institution,formed to teach and nurture different art forms to every age group. The institute is affiliated to Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. The aim of SOCH is to provide equal opportunities to learn various creative art forms for everyone including the differently able. We strongly believe that every individual has an artistic bent of mind and it just requires a platform to identify and explore the same. The artistic potential of each individual can be enhanced by methodical training procedures. This is where SOCH comes in. We train using elaborate teaching techniques and we also organize programs at our inhouse amphitheater once a month to showcase talents. This motivates the learners to improve their skills further and also helps in building up their confidence.

ARUNODAYA 2023- Chhau dance by guest artist sh. Ramhari Mohanata
Dear all,
Every year, SOCH trust under the guidance of sh. Rahul Varshney organizes its annual program "Arunodaya" with an aim to preserve , promote and propagate our Indian classical art forms and to give a suitable platform to the younger generation.
On 24th November 2023, we presented the 6th series of our annual event at Swami vivekanand auditorium, kathak kendra, new delhi.
Sharing a video of mayurbhanj chhau dance performed by our guest artist Sh. Ramhari Mohanta. He performed a dance piece name "SABAR TOKA" where sabar is a tribe of people who are associated with hunting and Toka means a young boy so its a dance piece about a young boy going for hunting.

Thank you maam for your kind words and blessings. With focus is mean involvement, when i am dancing i Just deeply involve myself into it and rest of the things simply falls in line whether its getting the step correct or just finding myself into the piece i am practicing, both physically and mentally i grow with just one involvement or i call it focus. :)
