I grew up close to Archer Woods, that place has a very lonely and intense energy, you can sense it when inside the cemetery and when passing by it

It’s fake. I walk there all the time. Nothing. Nothing happens. Call it devil I call it gate

My buddies and I explored this in the 80s long before it was a trail into Independence Grove. We went in riding our bikes and we had baseball bats because of the stories. There was a long overgrown driveway. We found 2 or 3 small burned down buildings. When I say small, it was like the size of a one car garage? And one was more like a shed. Only the foundations and some burned wood remained. We heard some weird noises and took off. We never made it all the way down to see if there was a house? I think it likely was a service road that went into Peterson's pit? That was the rock quary there. They eventually hit a spring in the bottom of the dig site, which libertyville eventually turned into Independence Grove, which is a beautiful forest preserve. We explored the quarry as well a few times and would slide down the huge rock piles. The story back then was that there was an abandoned house back there, and that devil worshipers had made animal sacrifices and they even killed a few willing people and put their heads on the gates.

I always have experiences there.i seen black shadows more flashing flying balls of light mostly.

Cops always show up when I go.they have motion detector cam light.

I just visited White Cemetery last week and I swear I heard 3 knocks while I was in my car charging my phone. Scared the living crap out of me!
