The solution to Nigeria's leadership problems is simple: Devolution of power back to Regional Governments away from the Powerful Central Government. I am Yoruba, we are happy on our own Land and happy to push our own development ahead. Igbos too should go back to develop their own land and Hausa people do the same. Then let all the three major regions compete . That rivalry will propel Nigeria to be the fastest growing country in Africa. We Yoruba's can compete with any tribe in Nigeria , we can hold our own and happy on our land. When we go to other peoples land to work, live and build houses. We do not abuse or disrespect our hosts. We respect them abide by their laws and customs. As Yorubas, respect for our elders is the most important virtue we cherish. That is more important to us than just money. Let every tribe develop their own region and we meet at the central parliament to discuss common border matters. That way the development of each region is in the hands of their own people. Yes, you can call your region a "zoo" if you want at least it is your own people who are living in that "zoo" Nothing to do with other regional governments who made the effort to develop their own region. Nigeria is different from other countries. Every tribe in Nigeria has their own village and land of their own.
