Cheeseman Martial Arts Online University is a program that allows you to train at your own leisure and self-pace. It is built from a collected system of Okinawan Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Striking and Judo. The principles of this program are geared to help build your awareness and confidence levels alongside training in a reality-based self-defense program for teens and adults (ages 14+). Basics of the program: Direct Striking, Distance Control, Clinch Control, Containments, and Submissions. Any further inquiries or clarifications of technique will all be answered in our Cheeseman Martial Arts University Facebook Group for all online students. "Train Safe-Train Smart"!
