Explore the Outdoor is a brand new look at exploring the North East of England for FREE. My aim is to provide you with breath taking scenery, locations, and hidden treasures that you can visit for FREE. With the cost of living going up, up and up there is no better way than to explore what is on your doorstep. It’s a great way of stimulating the mind and keeping fit and active. Not everywhere will be accessible for all but I will try and find areas that are fully accessible and cater for everybody’s needs. Don’t forget I would like to hear from you guys on your hidden outdoor treasures.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR SUMMER?
English weather has to be the worst and I mean the worst. Summer is nearly over and we have had very little in the way of sun. I don’t care what anyone says but them weather people come on that telly and they love to give us a bad forecast, you can see it in their eyes!!! Nothing in it for them to tell us it’s got to be Sunny but it’s more entertaining if it’s Dramtic and sinister!! Anyways enough of me moaning as I do it a lot in this video lol.

This Bank holiday weekend turns out to be nice and with some sun in the sky believe it or not. 2 places in one weekend was a bit mental considering the crowds but was well worth it!! Music by Hotham - Morning Thoughts Provided by TH-cam channel breaking copyright
Down by the River

What else to do than go and have a nice walk by the river whilst your car is getting serviced ! Luckily the weather was really nice ( I mean dry and not windy!) This was the first time that I have been down here walking a long the riverside! I did 4 mile loop and was amazed by the beauty of nature and tranquility. I would definitely recommend.

There was a massive volcanic eruption in Iceland, which began May 29 and continued for 24 days. I think that has a lot to do with our present weather, don't you think?

Morecambe is two completely different things, The Town and The Bay. Although the town has had its ups and downs the Bay hasn't changed in thousands of years and affords some of the Greatest Sun sets in the World

We're staying in Staithes in July.This will be our third consecutive holiday in this delightful fishing village.Both pubs do good food, my wife is looking forward to her favourite prawn sandwiches available from the harbour front cafe.We used to be Whitby regulars but now find Staithes more relaxing (apart from having to drag ourselves up the steep hill to the car park). Whitby, Sandsend and Saltburn are not to far away for a visit.Great, well presented video.
