This Starlight Cake Recipe is my favorite and it really is quick!! You can also just dump all the ingredients in a bowl mi. Well and bake. It is that quick and it is delicious!!!

I do the same with unsweetened organic coconut flakes. I get ''coconut butter" as a by-product for smoothies... far less expensive than the $30 jar of Kavala coconut butter Amazon (I live somewhat rural, so that;s the only place I can find it for sale).

That little bit for 60 bucks is crazy. Can probably get a bit more from an expensive place like Whole Foods
