@@justonstephenson9186 I just checked and the english Snow Queen was voiced by actress Louise Arthur, and she honestly performed a gorgeous representation of the character 💙
@@effimero4815 i honestly have never seen it. But I watch this video all the time or listen and I’ve added it to my list. It takes me right back to my childhood ❤️ thank you for letting me know. Louise Arthur is and was the perfect choice for the snow queen. Just the small opening clip tells me as much :)
@@justonstephenson9186 I heartly suggest you to give a look and enjoy the entire movie, both animation and mood are enchanting and worth the view, also the presence of the Snow Queen makes everything even more majestic ✨✨ I never get used to it, and it feels comforting doing occasional re-watch, expecially during Christmas holidays ❄️🌟❄️

I agree, though I believe that is what makes the track unique and fascinating, its nostalgic mood and melancholic sounds, the non-specific lyrics which can suggest to the listener any kind of thought or feelings 💙

Well, I'm not American and I don't speak English, however, I wanted to be able to share how much I loved this song, I heard it for the first time a few days after this video was posted on TH-cam And I downloaded the song, and listened to it on a music player for a few months, I hadn't left a like, and for a long time I thought it was lost or that it had even been deleted, but After searching for more than 2 years of videos seen, after almost hours of searching I was able to find this song again, it is very good, and I loved being able to feel that my memories of this song were there Were Right, And I came here to be able to tell you for so long that this song is simply incredible, congratulations

this is the version of snow queen i grew up with. I unironically think it's the best version.
What's so scary about the movie?
I believe is all about something in the whole movie mood, the dark colors, the melancholic and gloomy atmospheres which can actually be concerning for sensitive people, (it's not a case if kids cartoons are mostly and usually pretty colorful) and you have to consider that most of the people in the comment section watched the movie when they were children, also the Snow Queen character in her story is considered as some sort of "haunting spirit" who targets mostly younglings and the animation itself is pretty realistic and it emphasize everything so it is understandable why people were afraid of her. I honestly had the same feeling for the Karaba Witch when I watched Kiriku as a kid, I couldn't even look her eyes because she was just too terrifying 😅
