What I got this month at Petsmart, Wal Mart, and Joanne's. Mainly things for the rats but I did get a cat treat as well. The rat forage mix is being fed to my rats once/twice a week, as it does contain stuff that should be given as a TREAT. There is hay and alfalfa in there which isn't too good for rats, but they do not eat any of it so it's safe for mine.

I got this recipe from a breeder....from where I got my first two rats. I used this last year but due to college and being low on funds I don't feed my rats this mix anymore, they are on Oxbow now. I thought this might be useful even if it's out dated.
