2 questions. One, why do you feel you will need a second battery, that one is really huge. Second, why did you go with a 48v system, the chassis is a native 24v system with some 12v components. If you had stayed 24v you could have charged your house batteries using the main engine as well creating an extra ability to recharge.
We are also in Houston Texas. What did you have to do to get the title Converted to Rv before you have actually done the conversion? We were told it had to be converted first.
What we did is registered as a heavy vehicle I believe it was over 6000 pounds. What this does it gives you a registration for non-commercial, but not an RV. At a later time, you can register as an RV through the department of public safety. Now from what I understand, you can also put in several required items such as a sink, a water source, an electrical source, a place to sleep, some sort of heat source, and I don’t remember, but I think maybe a ice chest. Then you go to the department of public safety fill out an application. Your vehicle gets inspected and if it meets what they want, they will sign off on it then you can register as an RV the first time around. I found it easier to just register as a vehicle over 6000 pounds and later when it’s all converted it’s a done deal. Thanks for watching.
great share my friend
Galvanic corrosion.
Well, I really don’t know. The metal is not galvanized and the roof is aluminum. So therefore, I think it is some kind of chemical reaction between the metal from the hinge and the aluminum of the roof. Other than that I don’t know. Thank you for your comment. Thanks for watching.
@ No that’s what they call it when two dissimilar metals are together in the presence of a electrolyte it sets up a flow of electrons from the more reactive metal to the less reactive, from the Annode to the Cathode. It’s also called dissimilar metal corrosion.
OK, thank you so much. I’m happy to finally know whatit’s called. I knew it was a reaction between two different metals. I just didn’t know what the terminology was again thank you so much. This is very interesting stuff. Thanks for watching.
❤❤❤ beautiful ❤️
Thank you so much
Yummy 😋😋❤
Yes, yummy yummy
That sure is a long trip!! I hope you had fun!!❤
Thank you so much for watching. Yes, this is a very long trip.
My experience is primer is not good enough. It must be top coated. Some of the primer will not seal to moisture.
This is correct. If you use something like epoxy that will seal to moisture, however it does create several problems in the process. For example, doing bodywork on top of this epoxy. But it does keep the moisture out very well. Thanks for watching.
I HATE TRUCK TIRES 😡 at a Construction 🦺 Site a Tire blew and My Uncle was Wounded Badly by Parts or Things that Flew at him. It was Crazy
Yes, the bigger the tire, the greater the danger. Tires tire rims and everything associated with the tires must be inspected on a regular basis. If you don’t know about tires, higher professional, because if bad things happen to them, can you imagine what can happen to you . Thanks for watching.
HOLY GUACAMOLE. That’s the Wiring for the RV. Without the Engine and stuff ? Guess that might be a stupid question. When all the wiring is Right there 😂 Sometimes my Brain Is Faster than what I should write Or is it Other Way Around. I write faster than my brain. Processes it 😳. 😂❤
Yeah, letting things go out of control happened so quickly. Thanks must be fixed as you find them to keep the chaos at a minimum. Thanks for watching.
Can you say what kind of Crumble Feed you give your Ladies ? And When and How do you feed them Corn ? Some don’t like Cracked Corn. BuT I’m just Curious
Well, unfortunately, this brand is not available in the US. However, feed them what has the highest protein content. Now the other day I bought some feed that had more or less the same ingredients as what you saw on the video and the funniest odd thing happened the chickens stop laying eggs, so be careful what you buy for the corn feed that we used to give them had small fragments of crushed corn, we fed them twice a day. With a snack of crushed corn at lunch they loved it. Thanks for watching.

So sorry it was very noisy , if we have chance will correct it. Thank you for your comment
MCI D Coach, they stopped building those 4 years ago, the CEO said they were too reliable......
Yes, that is true. The one good thing is parts are available everywhere and most diesel mechanics know how to work on them. So hopefully for decades to come Parts will be available and we’ll go from there. The other thing is there are not many computer controlled things on this bus, which makes it even better. Thanks for watching.
so breathtaking -peace out~;))

Your video is saving so many little character's lives! Wow, thank u!!

plzzzz Infection ka koi hal bta dn
English please. I don’t understand the last part.
YEARS AGO, I worked for a co where I would setup businesses with a modem so they could make credit card sales over the modem. I said this was YEARS AGO. I quickly learned the phone co NEVER remove any old wires. It was their practice to just pull in a new phone wire to the phone and leave all old wires in place. Whatta mess. The worst I found was an EXXON station where I counted 21 abandoned phone circuits. I HATE leaving a sloppy mess behind me. FUNNY STORY- One time I found a SHELL station and in the phone connection box was the line for the phone booth on the corner off of the property. Im guessin the station owner had been paying the phone booth monthly phone bill. He was going to check it out with the phone co. !
Exactly that is my feeling exactly. Leaving one excess wire is one thing but leaving many many behind it amplifies whatever problems arise in the future. It’s time-consuming, but it’s worth it. Thanks for watching.
Thanks so much, I learned a lot. You saved a life 😊
Thank you for watching, hope your chickens are ok :)
Congrats. Greetings from Florida.
Thank you so much :)
Wow that's amazing. Can't wait to see.

Thank you for your video I followed your advice. Not sure if my Delaware hen, was egg bound or suffering from vent gleet. She was lethargic, not laying, her vent was pulsing, and her rear end was swollen with runny feces. I started treating her on aTues., it wasn't until the following Tues. that she laid a thin shelled egg that I found broken in the tub that morning. Each day I gave her scrambled egg, cottage cheese, crushed cashews, mashed chicken pellets in separate bowls for her to chose from. First day or two I held the food up for her to eat from, just so I knew she had eaten. I gave her a cereal sized bowl of water with tsp honey, capful apple cider vinegar and a dash of sea salt. I kept her in the bath tub with curtain drawn and a low pot filled with straw for her to nest on. I kept a light on to simulate day light and turned it off at night. I lined the bottom of the tub with puppy pee pads for ease of cleaning as needed. When the weather was nice I brought her outside for some sun and fresh air to walk around in the grass for about 15 min. Even took her down to the chicken run to visit her sisters. She was more interested in looking for bugs. LOL I gave her epsom salt soaks daily for the first week and lubricated her vent with coconut oil each day. After a week I kept her vent clean with warm water rinses as needed. It is not Sunday almost 2 weeks of treatment and she is looking so much better. Her feces has formed into a ball again. She vocalizes again. I am waiting until she lays a second egg before I return her to her flock. Your video was a Godsend!
I’m super happy for both of you. And I am really excited that you put so much effort into the care and recovery of your little hen. Thank you for your comment. Thanks for watching and best of luck.
I just want to say a massive thank you to this video! My chicken Galaxy took a funny turn all of a sudden and I had her in my lap, her eyes were rolling back and I genuinely thought it was the end. Thanks to you and a friend of mine I was able to bathe and use lubricant and she managed to pass an egg the next day, now shes back to her usual self 😁
Great news happy to hear that galaxy is doing great. With chickens you have to keep an eye on those characters because they can go from doing great to not doing. Thanks for watching.
Do they ever vomit because of this?? Mine got into a night shade potato patch and I thought that was why, but now I'm not sure. She didn't make it, just thought I would ask.
Can you sharebthe recipe for the sauce
Made with garlic, chilies, lime juice, fish sauce and coconut sugar also crushed peanut it tased sour sweet salty and spicy :) put more sugar if you like sweet, the ratio not the matter …more lime if like sour or more chili if you like spicy :)
❤❤❤
Thanks
poor hen had 3 soft eggs stuck in her, blessoyu for saving her
Yes, that happens sometimes and it is not as uncommon as you might think. All you can do is try to keep their strength up and get them back to the business of lay eggs. Thanks for watching.
@@JustLivingWithGeorgeAndWoon thank you for looking after those sweet hearts
over crowded. no wonder no eggs. they eat mosquitoe, no need for net
No, they are not overcrowded. They have four rooms plus a large play area to hang out. The problem is that the chicken coop sits next to the rice field which get flooded and therefore plenty of mosquitoes. So the chickens take the mosquitoes as a chance to peck and play at the same time. Get some good protein. So the net really helps control the number of mosquitoes in the chicken coop. Too many mosquitoes and they get sick and die. Thanks for watching.
If they have soft shell they are prone to in the future too.
No, not likely, you should give them some calcium tablets with adequate protein feed. Chances are it is a one of occurrence. Thanks for watching.
Thank you !
Thanks for watching
Very cool. Thank you for sharing.
Yes, very cool, and very tasty. It is amazing what we can eat from what nature provides. Unfortunately for all of us many things have not been passed on and forgotten. I am sure that there will come a time when we will be forced to relearn the lessons of our past. Thanks for watching.
i have built this and after my dog drinks, it doesnt seem to fill back up. it will stay at same low level for days
Yes, this is normal. The only way that it will automatically fill is if you add a water level valve. Thanks for watching.
my hen who is about 2 years old is having symptoms of egg bound but i see no visible egg but she is squirting out a little bit of whiteish poo
It is possible, but very unlikely that your chicken is egg bound. As far as the white poop it is part of the regular normal poop. You should, however treat your chicken for possible parasites. Add some vitamins and calcium. Make sure she is drinking and eating like she normally did. Chickens are very quick to get sick to die or many other changes. If you are really concerned, you might want to take her to a vet. Good luck thanks for watching.

Continuing with my support, full view, comment & 👍# 10. Nice neat, organized layout. Repair, Reclaim, Reuse, Repurpose ,Recycle is the theme of my channel so this video is a big go for me. Just curious what was the material you reused in the kitchen from? Stay well, Joe Z
The material was a one by one metal square tubing. It was used for a temporary counter on top. It had a wood counter with a place for the sink and burner stove. We finally put in a permanent counter so this material was used for the shop shelving. It worked out quite well. Thanks for watching.Merry Christmas and Happy new year :)

Our great aunt decided to play a little with the food because she was bored of just eating the food
So true, however, sometimes it just takes a creative mind. ;)
Hello/ Merry Christmas to you & my God continue to bless you in this new year that is coming> 2024💫
Merry Christmas and happy new year to you, thank you so much for your comment:) have a great day
Merry Christmas to you .......... This is Doug in East Texas.
Merry Christmas to you also. Thank you for your comment, same to you. Thanks for watching.
I’m glad I found this video when I noticed something wasn’t right with my little chicken nugget.
Well, I’m glad you found it. At the beginning when they first start laying eggs, you should keep a close eye on them. They can go from up and running to down with no energy quick. Good luck and thanks for watching.
have you tried mulching with hay instead of digging up the soil you should try it =) .nice video by the way.
Thank you for your comment. We do use hay as a mulch to retain moisture there. There is some hay out there now. Thanks for watching.
I wish you showed the actual process.
Yes, unfortunately there are many very very sensitive people that are not happy with the process they complain not only to TH-cam, but also on the comment that you are hurting or abusing your chickens. Nothing could be further from the truth. You are only trying to help them. Without your help, they might not survive. we now live in a society that is so advance that we cannot be bothered with something that might help others. Thank you for watching.

Thanks for watching:)
Most well pressure tanks have an air bladder in them which helps even out the pressure in the system and keeps the pump from rapid cycling. It sounds like either your pressure tank lacks an air bladder, or it needs maintenance.
Thank you for your comment. I had the water pump checked out and it’s in good working order. The only other thing that could be was a leak in the supply pipes to the house. We recently had a 7.9earthquake and after this, it started cycling, I did not want to dig up the pipes because I needed to break the concrete over them, therefore the pump was the first thing that needed to be checked. Finding that it was good I had no choice but to open up the concrete and check the pipes. There was a 1 inch pipe supplying water to the kitchen that had a pinhole. I imagine that during the earthquake, there was a small twisting of that 1 inch pipe since it went through concrete into the kitchen and a small pinhole was created. Of course we had to dig in several areas to verify that the pipes were good. Once I repaired the pipe, the system was in good working order. Thanks for watching.
