This is pain in the ass that you have to do a lot of modifications instead bolts on. Original one all you have to do bolts them on.

It would have been to show someone standing on the board.

Will this void the warranty? Seems like the car wont crumple in a mid size accident.... wonder how that will effect the crash system

I don't know if I would do this install. The Santa Cruz has a major issue of the front grill flaking. Hyundai is replacing the front grill under warranty but will not remove any installed accessories.

Is it possible to buy the rocker molding after market? I'm looking at removing running boards that were factory installed.

Just a thought, all you guys who post these videos wearing gloves for everything you work on is kinda silly. I get it if its cold, or the equipment is oily, I did mechanics for 30 years and only wore gloves in the winter. I don't know who started that fad, but real life out in the field we don't do that. You cant feel anything, you fumble more nuts and bolts than you would without them, and I guess real mechanics don't mind getting dirty. Its just part of the job. Man up and ditch the gloves.

That top bar looks like it can be pretty easily pushed into the radiator area the first time you use this thing pushing a car or when a car backs into you out of a parking spot. The only thing holding this thing from shifting in place is the tension on those 4 bolts because of the inherent potential play of those slots.

Your website doesn't list any compatibility with the 2023+ Honda Pilot. You should update.
