The music from this CD was composed for a TV documentary series (in six episodes) about Napoléon Bonaparte, for French channel France3 in 1991. The Warsaw episode was directed by Pierre Lary and Krzysztof Zanussi, the latter having worked for years in collaboration with Wojciech Kilar.
