Depression… I tell you all you are not alone. I’ve really been strong this past year and what has helped me is Diet, Exercise, friends, medication (antidepressants) and mostly obedience in Jesus. Do not isolate yourself and allow the depression to eat your mind, it is very seducing and it wants too…
