2015 Fusion 2.0L Ecoboost It had codes P1450 and P2196
Great video. Rather than removing that white pin, I just used a pair of tweezers to insert the bumper into the open side of the box and guide it into the hole by placing my finger on the back of the hole for guidance. Thankfully I have really skinny fingers 😂so they just barely fit behind the bumper hole.

Its a tight fix. What if I cut a amall hole on the side of the black box to get some room. Box seems to do nothing but hold the switch?

New at soldering. Do I need to add flux to any of the contacts or is there enough to connect? Also, it’s all of the ones that are flat and not pointed, correct?
I don’t think I added any flux or solder. Just re-melt the solder thats there. Although putting a dab of flux on the connections should not be a bad idea either.
@@82elky72 Remelted what I could and reattached loosely and it still wouldn’t work. Attached it with the screw back on to the travel control module and it started working again lol
